Nanocomposites Based on Cerium, Lanthanum, and Titanium Oxides Doped with Silver for Biomedical Application

Nanosized composites CeO2–Ag, La2O3–Ag, and TiO2–Ag are a class of nanomaterials suitable for photocatalysis, optical devices, photoelectrochemical elements. Further, nanocomposites with several wt.% silver can be used as creating materials pathogenic virus inactivation pandemic-neutralizing potential. Thus, prospective due to their biological activity. In the present work, were synthesized by co-precipitation method. The morphological properties structure prepared analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) EDX, nitrogen adsorption-desorption based on BET, Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL). Both oxide matrixes corresponded cubic crystal lattice inclusion argentum into oxides at relative low c(Ag) reduction particle surface 5 Ag greater. CeO2, TiO2, La2O3 concentration 4 inhibited growth processes prokaryotic cells E. coli, Bacillus sp., S. aureus compared pure oxides. Influenza A herpes completely suppressed reproduction CeO2–Ag (2, wt.%) La2O3–Ag action.
